Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees.
What are the transaction fees?
Handl charges a small transaction fee on payments processed through the platform — 1.5% on Freelancer, 1.2% on Team, and 1.0% on Agency. Standard card processing fees from Stripe also apply.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your free trial gives you full access to your selected plan. After the trial, you'll be billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet — we're looking at this for the future.
Can I pass card fees on to my clients?
Yes. Handl supports card surcharging so you can pass processing costs through to clients, with full disclosure and compliance built in.
Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?

Is my data secure?
Yes. Handl uses TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. We never store card details — payments go directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Read our full Security & Trust page for details.
